社交媒體代替了廣播電視報章雜誌，每人都是一個電台、一個廣告牌。粉絲經濟成為市場營銷的一
朵奇葩。你的粉絲就是對你的偏愛，你的推薦方式能贏得粉絲的偏好。
個人偏好所傳遞的信息是什麼是最好的，而不是什麼是更好的。決定這兩種選擇的不同力量不同，
最好的是情感上的決定，更好的是理智的選擇。
現實中，由個人偏好決定的事情，可以帶來更多的快樂。但這種快樂是短暫的，長期的結局是不健
康的。譬如，吸煙喝酒都可以滿足暫時的快感，長期的後果很不好。
理性是一種狀態，而非態度。用情的時候，是難以理性的。需要理性的事情，是關鍵性的決定和選
擇。重複性和機械性的事情，是經驗性和潛意識的。
社會精英階層是一群理性的人，他們佔據著社會財富的金字塔頂部，他們相信知識和拼命努力，他
們相信知道的越多就意識到不知道更多。
社會精英階層之外，多數人相信運氣，腦子一熱就決定了。他們不願意思考，也不能思考。因為知
識儲備不足，不知道怎麼思考。
不管你是不是首富，都要思考自己未來的狀態。這個時代，科技發展正在進入精神決定物質的階段
。腦子是屬於自己的工具，其他的工具都可以共享。
個人的偏好決定生活狀態，而改變命運的是精神狀態。投資自己就是更新知識儲備和增強對外來衝
擊的彈性。
每一天，都可以選擇自己喜歡的方式生活。每一刻，都可以努力改變自己的應對方式。
身心都可以通過免疫功能提高勝出概率，智慧是訓練自己的耐心把握瞬間即逝的機會。
Personal preference
Social media has replaced radio, television, newspapers and magazines. Everyone is a radio station and a billboard. The fan economy has become a marvel of marketing. Your fans are your preference, and your recommendation method can win the fan’s preference.
The information conveyed by personal preference is what is best, not what is better. The different forces that determine these two choices are different. The best is an emotional decision, and the better is a rational choice.
In reality, things determined by personal preferences can bring more happiness. But this happiness is short-lived, and the long-term outcome is unhealthy. For example, smoking and drinking can satisfy temporary pleasure, but the long-term consequences are very bad.
Reason is a state, not an attitude. It is difficult to be rational when using affection. Things that require rationality are crucial decisions and choices. Repetitive and mechanical things are experiential and subconscious.
The social elite is a group of rational people. They occupy the top of the pyramid of social wealth. They believe in knowledge and hard work. They believe that the more they know, the more they realize they don’t know more.
Outside of the social elite, most people believe in luck, and their brains make the decision. They are unwilling to think, and they cannot think. Because of insufficient knowledge, I don’t know how to think.
Whether you are the richest man or not, you have to think about your future state. In this era, the development of science and technology is entering the stage where the spirit determines the material. The brain is your own tool, and other tools can be shared.
Personal preferences determine the state of life, and it is the state of mind that changes destiny. Investing in oneself is to update knowledge reserves and enhance the flexibility of external shocks.
Every day, you can choose the way you like to live. Every moment, you can try to change your coping style. Both the body and mind can improve the probability of winning through immune function. Wisdom is to train one’s patience to grasp the fleeting opportunity.
