The tokenization of analog assets is different from digital assets
Don’t confuse the tokenization of analog assets with digital assets. These are two completely different things.
The former is when we use analog assets such as real estate, we use blockchain to automate ownership. Instead of using a lawyer, we converted the simulated assets and their ownership into a package we call tokens. The house is not digitized, it is still a house. We just used blockchain technology to automate the ownership information structure.
The latter completely converts assets into digital form. For example, Bitcoin did not turn the U.S. dollar (analog asset) into a token. Bitcoin itself is an independent digital currency. It makes the simulated asset obsolete.
