精力管理的四個基本原則

原則一:全情投入需要調動四種獨立且相關聯的精力源:體能,情感,思維,意志。
原則二:因為使用過度和使用不足都會削弱精力,必須不時更新精力以平衡消耗。想要保持生命的躍動,我們必須學習如何有節奏地消耗和更新精力。
原則三:為了提高能力,我們必須突破自己的慣常極限,模仿運動員進行系統訓練。我們鍛煉情感,思維和意志能力,採用的是與鍛煉體能相同的方法。
原則四:積極的精力儀式習慣,即細緻具體的精力管理方法,是全情投入,保持高效表現的訣竅。逐漸成為自然的積極儀式習慣,紮根於我們的深層價值觀。

Four basic principles of energy management

  1. Principle 1: Full engagement requires the mobilization of four independent and related energy sources: physical fitness, emotion, thinking, and will.
  2. Principle 2: Because overuse and underuse will weaken energy, energy must be renewed from time to time to balance consumption. To keep life alive, we must learn how to consume and renew energy rhythmically.
